FRONT PANEL

The front panels are used to fix an electronic board inside a subrack or to partially or completely close a subrack

They are divided into 3 types:
Non-EMC shielding front panels made from aluminum sheet
EMC shielding front panels made from aluminum sheet (with milling on the sides for gaskets)
EMC shielding aluminum extruded front panels

A wide range of accessories is available: handles, extractors, gaskets, captive screws, board fasteners, etc.

Our front panels are perfect for all applications involving electronic boards: railway, industrial automation, telecommunications, aerospace and defense, and military.

Key features

Made of extruded aluminum (6060 alloy) or 2.5 mm thick aluminum sheet (5005 alloy)
Possibility of customization with silkscreen printing or adhesive/sticker
Possible treatments: conductive Surtec650, non-conductive anodizing, double treatment (anodizing on the front and Surtec650 on the back)
Modularity (configurable to any width and height)

All panels can be processed on request. Punching, countersinking, milling, bending and other operations can be performed to meet any specific technical requirement.
