Mechanical

We provide technical design assistance and engineering guidance to develop reliable mechanical solutions tailored to your application.

From dimensions to machining and finishes, we adapt each product to your specific technical and functional requirements.

Dedicated support before and after delivery to ensure smooth integration, quick issue resolution and long-term reliability.

Electronics

Conductive pastes (silver/palladium, gold, or copper-based) are screen-printed to form interconnect traces and terminations. Thick-film resistive pastes are printed to define individual resistor elements within the network.

SMD (Surface Mount Device) and TH (Through-Hole) are the two main mounting technologies for electronic components on PCBs. In an ISO 7 cleanroom, the SMD process is supported by an automatic P&P machine and an inline AOI system. Chain or vapour phase ovens are used for component soldering. While TH is performed manually by an IPC-certified professional and/or a wave soldering machine. A 3D AOI system and an ICT test system complete the process.

In an ISO 7 cleanroom, specialized IPC-certified professionals manually and/or with semi-automatic machines work on bare-die components, performing die attach, wedge, ball, and wire bonding from 25 to 250 µm. Pull tests and chip shear tests are also performed.

Electronic boards are tested for continuity, insulation resistance, polarity, and mechanical integrity, ensuring long-term performance and compliance with standards like UL, IPC/WHMA-A-620, CE, and RoHS.

Alutron has the expertise to assist customers in product development, starting from specific needs or in close collaboration with them, providing it’s support and know-how.

Alutron new site has more that 700 square meters of ISO 7 cleanroom, where specialized IPC-certified professionals realize microelectronics and electronics board.

Offers tight tolerance options (down to ±0.1% after trimming) and excellent long-term stability.

Alutron is involved in several design and production projects of avionics equipment for both fixed and rotary wing aircraft in accordance with DO254, DO178C and DO160G requirements.

To support electronics board and equipment development and production Alutron develops and produces automatic test systems. Test systems that autimatically test the equipment during Burn-in and final delivery tests.
